Room maintenance needs serious attention!!! Broken shower holders and air-conditioning issues detract from comfort!!! Wi-Fi connectivity only in public areas left me disappointed!!! The steep hotel grounds are not ideal for families with young children!!!

Great choice for trip. Clean, terrific hotel with stunning location to the beach after breakfast. Welcoming staff and exceptional breakfasts with scrambled eggs sausages, hot options plus jams.

The views from the hotel were amazing, with mountains everywhere and the town of Turunc below. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

The walk from the hotel into Turunc, was longer then we had expected.

The views were out of this world, man! Reception chommies sorted us out quick when we hit a snag with our room. Buffet restaurant staff was super friendly and always smiling! The small shop on site was handy for essentials.

Marvellous location placed on the hill while going down to Turunc with a breath taking view. The one bed room suite we stayed had a balcony also with the excellent sea view. The room was quite big, with a kitchenette, 2 sofas, and a seperate bed room. I think almost every room has this seaview from the balcony. And the bar... one of the best views I've ever experienced. Ideal for chilling out laying on the hummocks or big pillows. Drinks are offered at reasonable prices. We had a dinner, and everything was delicious although it was open buffet (all you can eat). There are families with children but I still reccommend this nice hotel definitely for romantic couples. I will definitely go there again.

Housekeeping and room service do not function very well. We stayed 3 nights, and following the first night although we left the key in the reception no one cleaned the room. I warned the receptionist about this the day after and the room was cleaned very well. However on our last morning as we were preparing to leave by noon, the cleaning lady opened the door while we were still sleeping! This is something quite unproffessional for such a resort . There is no sign "clean my room / do not disturb" that you can hang on the doors.

Sea&Mountains and good service. The staff is very helpful and try their best to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very healty offering various natural foods. The rooms are clean and big enough to host a big family......Full size bed room , living room, attached kitchen and all kitchen appliences...Swimming pool has one of the best views in turunc.

The fantastic views set the scene, especially with the delicious traditional Irish pancakes. Accessing our room involved navigating 40 steep steps, disappointing given my mobility issues. The prices for drinks felt exorbitant. The pool area was lovely but marred by the usual struggle for sunbeds due to early reservations by guests.

A beautiful and well maintained facility. Impressive landscapes. Ideal for a quiet vacation. Apartment was fully furnished with all necessary kitchen items. Staff were friendly. Prices at the a la-carte restaurant were reasonable.

Indoor swimming pool was not heated, temp was 20C. There is no access control at the entry of the premises, a security concern.

Natural area, commitment of management to have a green hotel, geographical place in maintain, big size and comfort private apartments, fanastic views

Room service is poor. Every other day they clean rooms and do not charge shampoos soaps and towels regularly.
